In order to add an Exchange account to Status Board, you will need to make sure IMAP access is enabled on your Exchange server. You may need to contact your Exchange server’s administrator to enable IMAP access.

Two-Factor Authentication

If two-factor authentication is enabled for your email account, you will need to generate an app-specific password, which will be used instead of the normal password+[2-factor-auth-code] for signing into your email account in Status Board. Each email provider has their own procedures for generating app-specific passwords. Refer to your email provider’s documentation for the specifics.
