What size are the default wallpapers included with Status Board?

The default wallpapers are all 2048 x 2048. This is the same on retina and non-retina devices.

How do I share the wallpaper as part of my published boards?

At this time it is not possible for wallpaper to be published as part of a shared board due to file size restrictions.
